How secure are credit card transactions over the web?
We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which is the industry
standard for secure online commerce. It is among the best software
available today for secure commerce transactions.
Can someone get my credit card information and attempt to use
it illegally?
Credit card number, name, and address information are encrypted
and cannot be read as they travel over the internet. In fact, this
means that even Reed Exhibitions' does not have access to your information,
since it goes directly to the bank. If you have any questions

I'm having trouble filling out the form to submit for payment. Where can I find the invoice number, customer number, etc.?

What type of credit cards are accepted?
American Express, Master Card, and Visa.
Will I get a receipt?
Yes, upon the successful conclusion of the transaction, a confirmation
receipt will be available for printing. In addition, we will send
you an email confirmation.
What will appear on my credit card statement?
Your statement will identify the payee as Reed Exhibitions',
will have the amount you paid, and will have a phone number to call
if you should have any questions.
What if I want to pay more than the amount of the invoice?
You are not limited to paying the amount shown. You can pay more
than the amount of the invoice or less than the amount of the invoice.
What will happen if I make a mistake when inputting my information?
If you make an inputting error, you will receive an error notification that will identify the problem for you. You can simply correct the problem and re-submit for payment.
What should I do if my card is denied?
If you attempt to pay your invoice and receive a response message
that your card has been denied, this is something you will need
to discuss with your credit card company.

What is the Convenience Fee?
Most customers pay by check or by wire transfer. For those paying online, a fee is assessed to offset the cost of running and maintaining the payment web sites. Customers who are opposed to paying the fee are encouraged to send a company check, a wire transfer, or a money order.
